From the beginning when I started my research, I always got answers to all my emails 
very fast. Always giving me all the information that I needed to know, since it was our first visit to Egypt. The options for the tours were very well planned and covered all the main places.
My husband and I arrived at the beginning of October aboard the Celebrity Silhoutte and as soon as we disembarked our tour guide and the driver were waiting for us in a nice minivan outside the pier.
Our tour guide Ahmed Osman was exceptional, he took care of us all the time, answering all our questions, explaining everything that we saw with great knowledge and fulfilling all of our requirements. He was always in a good mood and asking us questions to confirm we understood all the information he was providing us.
He volunteered to take us pictures at all the tourist sites that were very helpful. He dealt with all the vendors and always recommends us where to buy and the correct amount to pay. We felt very safe with him taking care of everything.
Our driver, Michael, as we called him, was also excellent, very patient; he knew how to take us avoiding the traffic and was always ready to take us from place to place.
Before starting the cruise we cancelled our overnight in a Cairo Hotel, due to all the problems that were happening at the time, but I want to especially thank Ahmed El Attar, for suggesting us to stay at The Mena House Hotel. The hotel was superb!!!! We were upgraded to a pyramid view room. It was like a dream come true that majestic hotel with a room overlooking the pyramids. We saw the light show from our balcony. We took beautiful pictures from there and I am sending one of them to you. Also staying the night in Giza save us from a three hour drive to the ship the first day.
We will recommend Egypt last minute and The Mena House Hotel a 100% to all our friends and relatives.
